The Detroit Lions will welcome the Washington Commanders to Ford Field on Sunday, and here are three Lions prop bets to consider.

Before we look at the best prop bets for the Detroit Lions Week 2 game against the Washington Commanders, let’s see how Week 1’s prop bets against the Philadelphia Eagles (via FanDuel odds) came in.

Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson, over 47.5 yards (-114: Under (38 yards)
Lions running back D’Andre Swift, over 32.5 receiving yards (-114): Under (31 yards)
Side note, Swift hit the over on 47.5 rushing yards (-114; 144 yards)
Lions tight end Brock Wright, anytime touchdown: Did not score

With last week’s bad results out there and out of the way, let’s shift to Week 2. The Lions are favored over the Commanders, the first time they’ve been favored in a game since Week 11 of the 2020 season.

Via FanDuel’s odds, here are the three best prop bets for the Detroit Lions in Week 2 against the Washington Commanders.

Best prop bets for Detroit Lions vs. Washington Commanders Week 2

Amon-Ra St. Brown, anytime touchdown scorer (+125)

St. Brown tied the NFL record for games with eight or more catches and a touchdown in Week 1 against the Eagles (five in a row, with T.J. Houshmandzadeh). He’s also got a nice matchup against the Commanders, especially as the Lions’ slot receiver primarily lined up against Washington second-year corner Benjamin St. Juste.

St. Brown scoring a touchdown might be the no-brainer Lions’ bet this week, such as one should be declared.

Amon-Ra St. Brown, 70-plus receiving yards (+108)

St. Brown fell short of 70 yards in Week 1 (64). But he cleared the mark in each of his last six games last season, and the matchup is better this week. A bet on him getting 80 or more yards (+164) could cash too, but dialing it back a little made the cut here.

Jared Goff, 250-plus passing yards (+124)

If not for some drops and some misses on his part, Goff would’ve threatened (if not cleared) 250 passing yards in Week 1. The Commanders will bring plenty of heat on Sunday, but he did well against the blitz last season and the Washington secondary has vulnerabilities to exploit.
