Detroit Lions 2018 NFL Draft: Possible Day Two Targets
With the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft officially in the books, we now turn our attention to the Detroit Lions possible Day Two targets.
After the selection of Arkansas center Frank Ragnow in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions Thursday night, it’s anyone’s guess which positions the Motor City will elect to address on Day Two.
But based on their roster needs, we figure running back, tight end, defensive tackle, defensive end, linebacker and cornerback are likely areas that will be addressed in the second and third rounds. The Lions own the 51st overall pick as well as the 82nd overall selection.
But general manager Bob Quinn has made no bones about his desire to acquire more picks, as they entered the draft tied for the least amount with six.
With all of that in mind, here are some of the top prospects in the aforementioned positions that the Lions may target in Day Two of the draft.

Although I’m unsure if they will reach the Detroit Lions in the second round, edge rusher Harold Landry, tight end Dallas Goedert and running back Derrius Guice would be home runs for the Motor City in the second round. But honestly, there are several great prospects that are still available who could really shore up this Lions’ roster. Tell us your favorites in the comment section below.
