In his third season, Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown took his game to another level with 119 receptions (tied for third in the league) for 1,515 yards (third in the league) and 10 touchdowns (tied for fourth in the league).
As he was to end his rookie season, St. Brown was a legit fantasy league winner in 2023. He was WR5, WR8 and and WR7 (0.5-point PPR) in Week 15-17 respectively. Over that span, he was WR3 in 0.5-point PPR and WR2 in full PPR.
As we've done with Sam LaPorta, Jared Goff and Jahmyr Gibbs, let's go throug St. Brown's 2023 season from a fantasy perspective week-by-week (0.5-point PPR).

That massive dud in Week 14 may have been costly for St. Brown's fantasy owners who were vying for playoff seeding, and the general downward trend from Week 12-14 probably hurt too. But he still finished as the WR3 in half and full PPR (through Week 17), with only a small bump down in standard scoring (WR4).
In his 15 games this season (through Week 17), St. Brown finished as a top-36 fantasy receiver 14 times. That 93 percent rate as as no worse than a WR3 was higher than any other wide receiver, edging out CeeDee Lamb (88 percent) and Tyreek Hill (87 percent). By Fantasy Pros' (and anyone else's) definition of a "bust" week, St. Brown had just one of those, as ill-timed as it was in Week 14..
St. Brown became a fantasy stud late in his rookie season, then he took a big step in his second season. He cemented his place among the elite fantasy wide receivers in his third year, and he'll stay there until further notice.
