The Detroit Lions continue to have a run of pretty healthy weeks since their Week 9 bye, with short daily practice reports and final injury reports that haven't been extensive heading into games. Players popping up on the injury report late in the week have been rare too.

The Lions do have a couple notable injury situations this week though. Linebacker Alex Anzalone missed last week's game against the New Orleans Saints with a hand injury. Center Frank Ragnow left the game against the Saints with a knee injury, and while he has apparently avoided a serious issue he looks sure to miss this week's game against the Chicago Bears.

The news and practice participation for Anzalone this week is more promising, and he seems set to return. He will play with a brace on his injured hand though.

Here is the final Week 14 injury report for the Lions, with statuses for Sunday's game.

  • C Frank Ragnow (knee/back/toe)-Out
  • QB Hendon Hooker (knee)-Out
  • LB Malcolm Rodriguex (ankle)-Questionable
  • LB Alex Anzalone (hand)-No designation

Again, it's no surprise that Ragnow is out this week. He may only miss one game, but time will tell with a shorter than normal week before playing the Denver Broncos Saturday, Dec. 16.

Hooker is still on the NFI list, and the Lions ruling him out means he won't be added to the active roster this week. Friday is Day 10 of the 21-day window to add him to the active roster.

Rodriguez was limited in practice all week, but practicing in any capacity is relatively positive for his availability on Sunday.

Anzalone practiced in full all week, and he has no injury designation for Sunday's game. Dan Campbell does not see any limitations coming, as Anzalone plays with a brace after having a screw inserted into his thumb.

"No, (I) feel good about it,” Campbell said of Anzalone’s injury limitations. “I don’t see any deficiencies. He’s got it protected. I see him using it, so I feel like he’s in a good place. It’s there, but he’s not letting it affect him.”

And here is the final Week 14 injury report for the Bears. One brother of a Lions' player (Noah Sewell) will play, while another (Equanimeous St. Brown) will not.

  • WR Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral)-Out
  • DE Yannick Ngakoue (knee)-Questionable
  • WR Velus Jones (illness)-Questionable
  • WR Tyler Scott (hamstring)-Questionable
  • RB D'Onta Foreman (ankle)-No designation
  • CB Tyrique Stevenson (ankle)-No designation
  • OL Larry Borom (illness)-No designation
  • LB Noah Sewell (knee)-No designation
