Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts was an injury-filled day for the Detroit Lions. Thanksgiving Day against the Chicago Bears, as they got another win when they weren't at their best, brought another list of injured Lions-all on the defensive side of the ball this time.

And we aren't even going to be counting DJ Reader, Za'Darius Smith and Mekhi Wingo, who were banged up but returned to the game.

Defensive end Josh Paschal was the first to exit, with what looks to be a right knee injury after chasing down Bears quarterback Caleb Williams.

Paschal eventually walked off under his own power, and he went to the locker room before returning to the sideline with a tape job around his knee. But when the team went to the locker room for halftime, he did not return and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Defensive tackle Levi Onwuzurike suffered what was announced by the team as a hamstring injury near the end of the first half, and he was also ruled out and did not return.

Linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez suffered a right knee injury in the second half, and he did not return.

After the game, Campbell had updates.

On Paschal and Onwuzurike: “I feel like it’ll be okay. It could be a little bit. It may, they could be down for a little bit,"

Rodriguez's injury may be more severe, and Campbell reflected that.

"I’ll be honest with you, I think Rodrigo’s the one that could be the worst,” Campbell said. “And I don’t know how significant it’ll be just yet, but he’s the one I fear a little bit.”

The Lions are already thin at linebacker, with Derrick Barnes, Alex Anzalone and Jalen Reeves-Maybin already on injured reserve. Trevor Nowaske, Ben Niemann and Ezekiel Turner have been filling the void, and the recently signed David Long saw noticeable playing time on Thursday.

Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley was a surprise inactive after making his season debut in Week 12 and seeming to be in in line for bigger defensive role this week. Campbell had an update on Moseley as well.

"Moseley, pre-game, had something pop up, and we just didn’t feel good about him having to go—having enough to really go full speed,” Campbell said. “That’s really what that came down to. So, obviously, we got out of this game without him getting any worse, so that’s a positive.”

Terrion Arnold didn't start on Thursday, as Campbell noted to go "slow" in his return from a groin injury.
