1. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans

Tannehill set his season-high for pass attempts in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, with 38, completing 25 for 254 yards and two touchdowns (and an interception) with 16 rushing yards. While you surely haven’t been looking, he has multiple passing touchdowns and more than 18.75 fantasy points (Yahoo! scoring) in three of his last five games since returning from an ankle injury. In one of the other two, Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals, he had 291 passing yards.

In Week 15 Tannehill gets a matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. Despite being toward the bottom of the league in pass attempts against, they are in the bottom-12 in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks this season (17.3 per game, Yahoo! scoring). On Sunday, Tannehill is in line to have to throw plenty to keep pace and the potential return of wide receiver Treylon Burks will be helpful.

It probably won’t always look great. But Tannehill is lined up for a useful fantasy outing this week, based on sheer pass volume and a little bit of running (50 rushing yards over his last two games), and top-12 finish at the position is definitely in play. The Titans’ signal caller should not be overlooked this week for those needing to pivot off Goff, or to stream a quarterback in general.
