With the 11th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select…

Scouting Report. 11. player. Pick Analysis. Quarterback. Duke. Daniel Jones. 56

New head coach Zac Taylor is going to want his own guy to lead into battle every Sunday and I very much doubt he will want to do that with Andy Dalton. Jones is a guy that seems to be high on draft boards around the NFL and is the last quarterback left that is in the top tier of passers.

Jones is not the most gifted of passers, but would bring a sense of leadership to the team as a long time starter at Duke. He also has very good touch on his passes and is a very good pocket passer. He has shown he has good pocket awareness and he seems like the type of guy Taylor would like to bring in to throw passes to star wide-out AJ Green.
