Percy was on the list last year. Which is why I find it insane that he’s on here again this year. Harvin is simply not the player that some seem to think he is. There’s a reason he’s played on three teams in the past two seasons and it has nothing to do with him being a good player. Because he just isn’t. Five years ago he had a good season with the Vikings, this past season he recorded 19 receptions for 298 yards and one touchdown. That’s not something to be excited about.
Harvin’s season also came to an early close last season when he was placed on injured reserve in November, marking his eighth straight year that he did not complete a full season. There’s a strong chance that Harvin finds himself out of the NFL in 2016. He should be the very last player on the Lions mind.
