Matthew Stafford‘s first homecoming as a professional got off to a terrible start as the Lions fell behind 27-3 early in the third quarter. Then the defense and the combination of Stafford and Calvin Johnson got to work to score 31 of the game’s final 34 points to pull out an improbable 34-30 win.
