2. Green Bay Packers

Much to the 30-year rage of every other fan in the NFC North, the Packers somehow managed to find their third straight franchise quarterback. Jordan Love came on strong to end the season, and the Packers – who are the youngest team in the NFL – look poised to make the proverbial leap next season. They gave the 49ers a serious run for their money in the NFC Divisional round, and while they don't have a ton of cap space to play with this offseason (right now, at least), when you have the head coach and QB in place, you make due. They have some big decisions to make – like an extension for Love and what to do about David Bakhtiari – but from the looks of it, the Packers managed to rebuild in, like, half a season.
