Detroit Lions rookies reported to training camp on Saturday. Veterans will follow on Tuesday, with some apparently already there, and the first camp practice is likely to come on Wednesday. Standard procedure is a conditioning test players have to pass before they can practice.

We've seen evidence of Arnold putting in work during the break between OTAs and training camp. So it's safe to say he's in pretty good shape as arrives for training camp. As expected, truly, and the Lions' first-round pick is embracing the expectations around him and the team this year.

Social media is an easy vehicle for players to offer a look behind the scenes, within logical reason and without giving way secrets the team doesn't want out there. Arnold is a notable TikTok user, and he posted a video there after doing the Lions' conditioning test on his first day of training camp.

Terrion Arnold confirms toughness of Lions' pre-camp conditioning test

In a Tiktok video with the subtitle "Training camp chronicles" (with the laughing crying face emoji) , Arnold talked about the conditioning test on Day 1. He wasn't shocked by how tough it was, he just noted it for the purpose of a behind the scenes look.

"First day back, man. Rookies had a conditioning test. Rookies had to report early. Vets gotta come later. That conditioning test was no joke,”Arnold said. “These boys really trying to win a Super Bowl this year. I’ll tell y’all that, and I’m in shape."

Arnold then went around the locker room to get a sampling of opinions about the conditioning test, including another member of the secondary who has reported a little early and a notable second-year guy who reported early too.

Kerby Joseph: “Sh*t, 12 per hour is tougher.”

Hendon Hooker: “It’s cake.”

Ennis Rakestraw Jr.: “Ooh wee.”

It seems like this video will the first in a series for Arnold as he chronicles his first NFL training camp experience for fans who follow him on Tiktok. That should be interesting.
