Lions vs. Chargers key players to watch

Detroit Lions

Amon-Ra St. Brown: The biggest weakness on the Chargers is their secondary, which means Amon-Ra St. Brown is set up for a monster game. The Chargers are allowing 7.2 yards per pass attempt this season, which ranks 30th in the NFL. Target St. Brown in your DFS lineups.

Los Angeles Chargers

Quentin Johnson Jr.: With no Mike Williams or Joshua Palmer, the pressure to be the No. 2 receiver on the Chargers falls on the shoulders of Quentin Johnston. He hasn't played great so far this season, but Los Angeles needs him to sign up sooner rather than later.

Lions vs. Chargers prediction and pick

The Chargers are coming off two big wins against the Bears and Jets, but let's not forget this team has a ton of issues defensively that are exploited when they play good teams. They're one of the worst teams in the NFL when it comes to opponent yards per pass attempt, which is going to be a big issue for them against a stout Lions pass attack coming off a bye.

The offenses for these two teams are extremely comparable, but the Lions defense is league's above the Chargers' this year. Detroit comes in at 7th in opponent EPA per play while the Chargers are 29th. That's going to prove to be the difference maker in this one.
