How to watch the Detroit Lions in the NFL Playoffs
It's been 30 years since the Detroit Lions hosted a playoff game. Yet, when the game kicks off, there will be an extremely familiar face on the opposing sideline.
That's because Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams are coming to town.
Stafford, of course, spent more than a decade as the quarterback for Detroit before being traded to LA for Jared Goff and winning a Super Bowl.
But things are different in the Motor City. Revitalized by head coach Dan Campbell the Lions are the no. 3 seed in the NFC and a 3.5-point favorite.
So don't miss out on the playoffs. Make sure you've got the right gear and the right streaming service. If you don't, there's no need to worry. We've got your back.
Detroit Lions Jerseys
Obviously a jersey is a must-have for a playoff game. Whether you're watching from the couch or the stadium it's a perfect look.
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jared Goff, Aidan Hutchinson, Jahmyr Gibbs... the stars are all available.
Detroit Lions Shirts
Player name and number tees are a great option in lieu of a jersey, but you could also rock the new NFC North champs shirts from Nike.
Or, you could pick up a retro shirt from Mitchell & Ness.
The point is, you've got options.

It's Not You, It's Me: A QB Swap That Was Successful For Both Sides
The 2021 trade that the Rams and Lions agreed to has been successful for both sides. Los Angeles won a Super Bowl with Stafford at the helm and Goff has turned things around for Detroit.
Goff finished second in the NFL with 4,575 yards and 30 touchdowns. He led the Lions to 12 wins (a feat only accomplished one other time in franchise history).
Not to mention some of those additional draft picks turned into Jahmyr Gibbs and Sam LaPorta who were huge parts of the offense this season.
