The Detroit Lions are far from finished, but even though their playoff run is still in the works, let's look ahead for a moment.

The majority of the league is already in offseason mode, and it's hard not to look ahead as a fan.

With that said, which players on the current roster could be playing their final games with the team during these playoffs?

1. Charles Harris, DE

In 2021 and 2022, Charles Harris played 76 and 61 percent of defensive snaps. That number went down to just 35 percent in 2023. The former first-round pick back in 2017 has seen his role diminish in two-straight seasons.

Harris is also going to be 29 years old, and he plays within an interesting position group. During training camp, it looked like the Lions had a plethora of talent at pass rusher. They were facing difficult cut decisions toward the end of camp, but ultimately, this group proved to underacheive, coming up with just 41 sacks on the year, which was in the bottom half of the league.

Harris can be allowed to leave when the season is done, as could another one or two pass rushers. The Lions have to do a better job putting prolific talent opposite Aidan Hutchinson, and Harris doesn't fit that bill.
