NFC North QB Power Rankings heading into Week 4
By Ryan Heckman
3. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
After three weeks, Green Bay Packers quarterback has been all the rage if you ask fans about him in Wisconsin. But, beyond the surface, he truly has not been as good as Packer fans might want you to think.
On the season, Love ranks 18th in the NFL with 655 passing yards. He's thrown seven touchdowns to just one interception, which is an impressive ratio. However, according to Pro Football Focus' Sam Monson, a whopping 31.5 percent of Love's passes have been deemed uncatchable, which is the highest rate in the NFL. He is completing only 53.1 percent of his passes, which is only ahead of Zach Wilson.
The Packers are 2-1 and have been without top wide receiver Christian Watson, and Aaron Jones has been out with a hamstring. Imagine if Love could correct that area and hone in on his accuracy. If he was able to do that, then he'd be much higher not just on this list, but an overall NFL list as well.
This next week, Love has a chance to square off with our very own Jared Goff on Thursday Night Football. This game could wind up shifting the winds of our NFC North quarterback power rankings if one quarterback has a noticeably better game than the other.
