Amon-Ra St. Brown has earned his spot on the NFL Top 100 players list.
The Lions wide receiver was announced as the No. 22 player on the list Friday. This is his fourth year on the list. St. Brown ranked No. 20 for the 2024 season, No. 23 for the 2023 season and No. 67 for the 2022 season.

He joins Lions teammates Aidan Hutchinson (No. 30), Jared Goff (No. 33), Penei Sewell (No. 37) and Jack Campbell (No. 88) on this year’s list. St. Brown is ahead of 11 other NFL wide receivers.
“He’s like a bulldog,” Rams safety and former Mater Dei High School teammate Quentin Lake said in the NFL’s segment for St. Brown. “Strong at the top of his route, got great hands, understands defenses. Smart player…. He tells me all the time he’s the best.”
St. Brown appeared in all 17 of the Lions’ games this season. He caught 117 passes for 1,401 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was the second-most targeted player in the NFL with 172.
His yardage and reception, and receiving touchdown totals all ranked second in the NFL. St. Brown’s 33 receiving touchdowns since 2023 are the most in the NFL.

Since entering the NFL as a fourth-round pick in 2021, St. Brown has quickly ascended to become one of its top receivers. He’s the most productive slot receiver in the league and has also played well on the outside.
His connection with Jared Goff is one of the league’s most potent, and it's made the Lions one of the NFL's best offenses year-in and year-out. St. Brown and Jameson Williams have combined to form one of the league's best receiver duos. Williams' blazing speed and deep-threat ability is a perfect complement to St. Brown's precision underneath.
For his part, Goff would probably bump his guy up on the list. He said this summer he believes St. Brown is the best receiver in the NFL.
“I think he's the only guy who catches it, runs with it, blocks, does everything," Goff said. "He can do it all. It's a lot of fun to work with him and to play with him."
He’s become one of the most decorated wideouts of the decade in terms of accolades. St. Brown is a three-time All-Pro with two first team nods, and has made the Pro Bowl every year since 2022.
Detroit rewarded its star receiver with a four-year, $120 million contract extension ahead of the 2024 season. He is under contract through the 2028 season.
Not a bad first few seasons for the 112th pick of the draft.
“He’s always had that mindset,” Lake said. “That underdog mentality of, ‘I’m gonna show everybody each and every year why I’m the best.”
St. Brown is set to be another pivotal part of the Lions' offense this season. New offensive coordinator Drew Petzing will be tasked with getting the most out of his star receiver as Detroit aims to return to the playoffs in 2026.
