Lions 2024 Super Bowl odds (Can Detroit make a leap into contention?)
By Reed Wallach
One of the best stories of the second half of the NFL season was the Detroit Lions.
The Lions won eight of their final 10 games to finish the season 9-8 on the year. While the team narrowly missed the playoffs, the team is primed to take a serious step forward and has oddsmakers prepared for the future of the Lions when sitting 2024 Futures.
The Lions have as good of odds to win the Super Bowl preseason as they have in recent memory as their young core looks to continue their upward trajectory with Jared Goff under center.
Super Bowl 58 odds
NFC North changes open up path for Lions postseason berth
The Lions finished the season on a tear, and it has many on notice come next season. The Lions are +3000 to win Super Bowl 58, still not a serious threat to win it all, but no longer an afterthought to everyone.
It also helps that the NFC North is set to go through even more transition. Aaron Rodgers future is in doubt in Green Bay, Justin Fields and the Bears are further behind in their rebuild and many peg the Vikings as a likely regression candidate after going 13-4.
The Lions have a young core, plenty of salary cap, and an emerging coaching staff led by head coach Dan Campbell and a bright young offensive play caller in Ben Johnson, who turned down head coaching offers to stay with Detroit and see this group’s growth.
There is a lot of excitement around the Lions heading into the offseason, if you are a believer, make sure to opt into these awesome sportsbook promos and get in on the action!
