Heading into Sunday’s game against the New York Jets, here is the Friday injury report for the Detroit Lions.

The Detroit Lions will pay a visit to MetLife Stadium for the second time this season in Week 15, and they’ll be hoping it goes as well as the first visit (a 31-18 win over the Giants in Week 11). This Sunday’s opponent, the 7-6 New York Jets, are also vying for a playoff spot down the stretch.

Here is the final injury report of the week for the Lions, with designations for Sunday’s game.

Detroit Lions Week 15 injury report

Out

LB Derrick Barnes (knee)
OG Kayode Awosika (ankle)

Doubtful

DT Michael Brockers (illness)

Questionable

DE Aidan Hutchinson (illness)
C Frank Ragnow (foot)
CB Mike Hughes (illness)
FB Jason Cabinda (ankle)

No Designation

C/OG Evan Brown (ankle)
OT Taylor Decker (ankle)
CB Will Harris (hip)
S C.J. Moore (shoulder)

Brockers has mostly been a healthy inactive in recent weeks. So his likely absence on Sunday is not impactful to a Lions’ defense that’s been quite good (and better without him) against the run lately.

Barnes will be out again, so Malcolm Rodriguez and Chris Board are in line for more work.

Hutchinson and Hughes seem to be in better shape to play as the Lions deal with an illness again this week. But they are definitely questionable, and we saw how dealing with an illness last week negatively impacted cornerback Jeff Okudah against the Vikings last Sunday.

Ragnow has been on the injury report with his ongoing foot issue every week. But this is the first time he has been listed with a game status in a few weeks, which is concerning even if he’s hell-bent on not missing time.

Brown is set to return to his starting post at right guard after missing the last three games.

Earlier on Friday Jets head coach Robert Saleh announced quarterback Mike White had not been cleared to play and Zach Wilson will start on Sunday.
