RB Jamaal Williams

Williams had at least 11 carries in each of the first three games this season with two touchdowns in a game twice, when D’Andre Swift was available. When Swift added a shoulder injury to his ailment mix in Week 4, Williams had 20 carries.

With Swift (shoulder/ankle) out against the Seahawks, he got the clear workhorse role and delivered with 19 carries for 108 yards and two touchdowns (again). He did have one catch for one yard, to put a small bit of icing on a fantasy point cake.

William finished as RB5 across the board in Week 4, and he’s RB3 overall through four weeks across the board.

The Week 5 matchup against the Patriots is tough for Williams. They’ve allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to running backs so far this season (Yahoo!, 0.5-point PPR), and they are the only team who has yet to allow a rushing touchdown to the position. Still, Williams is a must-start for as long as Swift is out.
