Lions vs Vikings Prediction and Best Bet

After scoring 35+ points for the third-straight game in a win over the Commanders, the Lions are 9-2 against the spread (ATS) in their last 11 contests. Minnesota is a great team itself, so this is a great litmus test for the suddenly-stout Detroit offense.

Justin Jefferson gets attention as perhaps the league’s best WR, but no wideout is on a better stretch than Amon-Ra St. Brown. Detroit has an offensive duo that rivals Jefferson and Davin Cook with St. Brown and D’Andre Swift, and I think we’re in store for fireworks as a result.

I like a pair of bets in this matchup. First, I’ll take the Lions at anything +7 or better. They’re 5-2 ATS in their last eight games as road underdogs, while the Vikings come off a short week following tough matchups with Green Bay and Philadelphia. What’s more, Minnesota is 4-10 ATS in its last 14 games as a home favorite.

That being said, I’ll take the over as well. It’s 8-3-1 in the Vikings’ past dozen contests as home favorites and hit in each of Detroit’s previous four games overall.

Back these offenses in an explosive, hard-fought game.

If you’re curious, parlaying those two picks together profits $2,583 on that $1,000 risk-free bet. Whether you play those bets individually or combine them, be sure to claim your $1,000 no-sweat bet from FanDuel Sportsbook before it’s too late.
