Now just under two weeks before the start of the 2022 NFL Draft, who have the Detroit Lions had in for pre-draft visits?

Finally, we’re in the stretch run less than two weeks before the start of the 2022 NFL Draft. The Detroit Lions are set to be among the headliners of the first round, with two picks on each end of the opening round (No. 2 and 32) and plenty of options.

For some teams, pre-draft visits are very predictive of who they’ll draft. The Dallas Cowboys come to mind, as they have a long run of first-round picks they had a pre-draft visit with. For other teams they can be just as predictive, or simple due diligence.

Where the Lions sit on that spectrum will be best determined when this regime, led by general manager Brad Holmes and head coach Dan Campbell, has more of a body of work to reflect on.

The flurry of reports about visits can be hard to keep track of.

So who have the Lions had in for pre-draft visits this year?

Looks like the Lions have 19 of the top-30 visits accounted for. There’s no requirement to use all 30, 30 is just the maximum allowed and a local Pro Day allowed the Lions to get a look at another notable prospect (Cincinnati cornerback Ahmad Gardner, a Detroit native).

Detroit Lions are absolutely not a logical landing spot for Kyler Murray. dark. Next
