4. Bill Lazor

Lazor spent the last two seasons as Chicago Bears offensive coordinator, with a long resume as an offensive coordinator or quarterbacks coach at the NFL and college levels going back to 2001.

2001-2002: Buffalo Bills-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach
2003: Atlanta Falcons-offensive quality control coach
2004-2007: Washington Redskins-offensive assistant, quarterbacks coach
2008-2009: Seattle Seahawks-quarterbacks coach
2010-2012: University of Virginia-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach
2013: Philadelphia Eagles-quarterbacks coach
2014-2015: Miami Dolphins-offensive coordinator
2016-2018: Cincinnati Bengals-quarterbacks coach, offensive coordinator
2019: Penn State-analyst
2020-2021: Chicago Bears-offensive coordinator

Most notably, Lazor overlapped with Campbell in Miami as Campbell stepped in as interim head coach to finish the 2015 season.

Campbell is sure to value personality fit as much, if not almost more than, any innovative schematic ideas in the search for a new offensive coordinator. Lazor has familiarity too, which makes him a realistic option.
