Heading into Sunday’s season finale, here’s the final Week 18 injury report for the Detroit Lions.

The 2-13-1 Detroit Lions will end their 2021 campaign at home on Sunday, in another season finale that isn’t particularly meaningful. It’s even insignificant for the visiting Green Bay Packers, who have clinched home field advantage in the NFC playoffs.

Here’s a look at the final Week 18 injury report for the Lions, with game day designations.

Detroit Lions Week 18 Injury Report

FB Jason Cabinda (knee)-Out
QB Jared Goff (knee)-Questionable
DE Michael Brockers (neck)-Questionable
OG Jonah Jackson (elbow/knee)-Questionable
LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin (shoulder)-Questionable
WR Josh Reynolds (thigh)-Questionable
TE Brock Wright (groin)-Questionable

Earlier on Friday, Lions head coach Dan Campbell (unofficially of course) said Goff was “probable” to return to the lineup against the Packers on Sunday. So even with that questionable listing, Goff should be back after missing the last two games.

Wright came back off the COVID-19 list this week, and now he’s listed as questionable with a groin issue after being limited in practice all week. The Lions could be very thin at tight end again.

The Lions placed offensive tackles Taylor Decker and Penei Sewell on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday, and as of Friday morning they (and outside linebacker Austin Bryant, who was also placed on the list Monday) were still symptomatic. They have until Sunday morning to be cleared, but it’s certainly trending that the Lions won’t have their starting offensive line bookends against the Packers.

On the Green Bay side, offensive tackle David Bakhtiari (knee), linebacker De’Vondre Campbell (elbow) and running back Aaron Jones (knee) are listed as questionable. Cornerback Jaire Alexander was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list and a shoulder injury that kept him out for a big chunk of the season is apparently behind him–but he will not play Sunday.

Green Bay has home field throughout the playoffs locked up, so just how much their key players will play on Sunday is a question.
