As they look to start a winning streak, here’s the final Week 16 injury report for the Detroit Lions.

Coming off a big win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 15, the Detroit Lions will try to make it two in a row as they hit the road Sunday to take on the 6-8 Atlanta Falcons. Quarterback Jared Goff is very unlikely to play, after being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday and still registering a positive test on Friday morning.

Here’s a look at Friday’s final Week 16 injury report for the Lions, with game day statuses.

Detroit Lions Week 16 Injury Report

CB Amani Oruwariye (thumb)-Out
LB Josh Woods (neck)-Out
RB D’Andre Swift (shoulder)-Questionable
DE Michael Brockers (knee)-Questionable
OG Jonah Jackson (back)-Questionable
OLB Julian Okwara (ankle)-Questionable
WR Kalif Raymond (shoulder)-Questionable
LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin (shoulder)-Questionable
WR Josh Reynolds (thigh)-Questionable

Oruwariye is officially out with a thumb injury that may require surgery, as is special teams ace (and Alex Anzalone fill-in) Woods.

Swift returned to a limited practice every day this week, and he’s listed as questionable after missing the last three games with a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder. The Lions have a chance, however small it still really seems, to have their best offensive player back on the field against Atlanta. Swift is still one of just four players in the NFL with 100 rush attempts and 55 receptions this season.

Jackson is a Pro Bowl alternate, and he had played every offensive snap for the Lions before missing last week’s game. His return would be ideal as the Lions get set to face Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jarrett.

Reynolds and Raymond were both limited in practice all week, but the educated guess here is the Lions’ No. 2 and No. 3 wide receivers are on the probable side of questionable and will play on Sunday.

Okwara has missed the last two games. So his listing as questionable looks like a positive sign he’ll play Sunday, after registering limited  practices on Thursday and Friday.
