Lions vs Rams: Odds and prediction for Week 7

The Detroit Lions are eager to finally get in the win column, but they may face the toughest task yet when they visit former quarterback Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

Los Angeles rolled to their fifth win of the season in a 38-11 stomping of the New York Giants last week.

All eyes will be on Jared Goff and Stafford this week. Unfortunately, that’s not a duel that is likely to go well for the Lions in Week 7.

It’s no coincidence that one of the Lions’ best performances of the season (a two point loss to the Ravens) was also the only game in which Goff didn’t turn the ball over.

The Rams’ defense is likely to make things very difficult on their former teammate, however, which is bad news for Detroit as they try to put a mark in the win column.
