2. Mike Borgonzi, Director of Player Personnel – Kansas City Chiefs

In 2018, Borgonzi was promoted to Director of player personnel after he was among the top choices to replace John Dorsey as the teams general manager.

The last person to have this position in Kansas City was Chris Ballard, he is currently in the general manager for the Indianapolis Colts.

Borgonzi has worked his way up the ladder with the Chiefs dating back to 2009. With the long presence in a successful front office, he should be near the top of the list for Sheila. Mike has been a name that is in rumors around every general manager opening and he is bound to take one.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is obviously respected around the league not just because of his success, but because he develops talent extremely well. With Borgonzi being able to absorb all of that knowledge, the team that makes him their GM is going to be very lucky.

Oh, by the way, if Sheila does make this move, Mike Borgonzi could just hire Eric Bieniemy as the Lions next head coach, that could be a win-win.
