Detroit Lions at Browns: Preseason game time, stream, channel, more
The Detroit Lions will head to the Buckeye State in order to take on the Cleveland Browns in their final preseason matchup of the year.
The Detroit Lions have played in a total of three preseason games in 2019 so far. And they’ve come away with three straight losses to show for it. But the educated fan knows these exhibitions are all about player evaluation rather than having anything to do with the win/loss column. And that’s especially true in the preseason finale.
The Lions will head to Ohio to face the Cleveland Browns this Thursday night. Expect the majority (if not all) the starters on both teams to be sidelined in this one as I affectionately refer to this game as the Roster Bubble Bowl. This contest is essentially an evaluation of fringe players (players who are on the bubble) looking to make one last bid for a place on the final roster.
