The Detroit Lions have traveled to the Lone Star State to face their second opponent of the preseason, the Houston Texans on Saturday night.

Following last week’s joint practices and first preseason matchup against the New England Patriots at Allen Park, the Detroit Lions headed down to the Lone Star State this past week to hold joint practices with the Houston Texas, their second preseason opponent.

Both the Lions and the Texans held joint practices on both Wednesday and Thursday. Now the two will face off this Saturday night at NRG Stadium in an exhibition. Fans should expect to see more of the starters on both teams in this second preseason contest of the year.
