Offense South Team

Ryquell Armstead, RB, Temple, 5-11, 223, 4.56

Armstead is a riser who has impressed the NFL coaches in Mobile.

The former Owls product has the requisite size and speed to be productive against good competition.

He has a chance to impress NFL scouts, as do many smaller school prospects, on the big stage.

DraftScout.com qualifies him as a seventh-round prospect but he has produced over 1,000 yards and thirteen touchdowns as a senior.

Armstead has good body lean, is a decent pass blocker, and wasn’t used much as a receiver. He has a good burst and looks like he can play.
