The Detroit Lions offseason includes watching players compete against each other in the Senior Bowl. Which players could be a fit? Here’s 10 under the radar prospects to watch.

Good day, Detroit Lions fans! Here at Kick In the Crotch Weekly, we want to keep you in the know on your Lions and the direction they are heading in! One good opportunity to see future Lions in action is this week’s Reese’s Senior Bowl, down in Mobile, Alabama.

Lots of sites will discuss the important practices and interviews leading up to the game. But here, we at SideLion Report are going to help you bank some names to know for Saturday’s game.

The Senior Bowl is the best collection of talent of any college all-star football game. If you look at the rosters, there are probably many names that you already know. Today, we’ll try to cover some less well-known players that have a chance at ending up on the roster.

Last week, KCW previewed the East-West Shrine game and gave you a few names to remember. This week, we’re going all out to give you ten (mostly) under the radar prospects! Let’s get started!

Mobile, Alabama, deep in the South is the setting of choice for a showdown between teams named “North Team” and “South Team”, although the originally proposed names, “Team of Northern aggression” and “Team for State’s rights” were shot down pretty quickly. That’s a history joke…

It is a historic game and there will be plenty of fireworks to celebrate at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, the home of the Senior Bowl and the University of South Alabama Jaguars.

The Lions have nine total picks, with the changes to the order being that they have the Eagles third-round pick (88 overall) instead of their own pick in that round, and then have extra picks in both the sixth and seventh rounds.

*On a negative note, Josh Allen, the Kentucky edge player that many Lions Faithful were hoping to see in Honolulu Blue, will not be playing in this game, after all.
