It’s a strange set of headlines for the Detroit Lions as their on-the-field play is starting to look meaningless in yet another lost season.

Clearly no longer the player he was, 32-year old safety Glover Quin may opt to call it quits after this season. If so, he’ll end a very successful run in Detroit after signing as a free agent back in 2013. This is a player many thought should have been voted to the Pro Bowl just last season.

And first rounder guard Frank Ragnow has steadily improved after a shaky start to his rookie campaign. According to Pro Football Focus, Ragnow just posted the best performance of his short career in Week 12.
