Will the Detroit Lions newest addition help them overcome their biggest weakness against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday?

The Detroit Lions made a season-altering trade this past week. The Motor City sent a 2019 fifth-round selection to the New York Giants in exchange for All-Pro defensive tackle Damon “Snacks” Harrison.

Make no mistake, this contest is going to be all about running the football. Lions NFL Draft watch: 5 prospects for Week 9 – The Detroit News

Here’s an unusual tidbit. One of the five prospects listed the above article is a wide receiver. Strange considering the Lions have one of the best wide receiver corps in the NFL. But if Detroit opts to part ways with 30-year old wideout Golden Tate this offseason, the team could be in the market for a new slot receiver.
