With corners like Jamal Agnew, Nevin Lawson, DeShawn Shead, Darius Slay, and Teez Tabor clearly above him on the depth chart, Pringle’s ceiling in 2018 could be Detroit’s practice squad.

Based on the Lions new head coach, former New England Patroits defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, Detroit could certainly look to draft a defender for their front seven in the first round. The Patriots. under Patricia’s tenure, also had an affinity for players coming out of Alabama, which would seem to make defensive tackle Da’Ron Payne and linebacker Rashaan Evans prime candidates.
