NFL Mock Draft 2018: Full first round – Who’s the Detroit Lions top pick?
Okay, now it may seem that I dislike Barkley. Hear me out, though.
Running backs usually are done in about seven years, tops. Do you want to invest a Top 5 pick in a guy who can’t play at 30? Marlin Mack made some plays as a rookie, too. He looks like he could break out if Frank Gore decides to hang up the spikes.
Chubb is the best defensive end available. In fact, there’s really no competition. Other pass rushers stayed in school, which will push Chubb’s value into a Top 3 pick. It could be ten more selections before another end is even being considered.
The Colts defense is horrific. They are near last in every major defensive statistic. Wallah! Bradley Chubb!
