Saturday night preseason focus

Here are some things to watch in the early going, while the starters are in against the Jets:

When the Lions have the ball

Our receivers against the young, talented secondary of the Jets. They’re young, but the Jets secondary now has very good talent.

Golladay, Tate, and Jones, will have the opportunity to show what they can do against guys who can run and hit.

The offensive line versus the talented front seven of the Jets. We’ve had issues, they have guys who can expose us if we do not play well.

Will Glasgow or Dahl show that they can bounce back and give Stafford time to throw and help gain yards on the ground?

Obviously, we will also look for our young backup quarterbacks to continue to shine, too.

Both Jake Rudock and Brad Kaaya did well in game one.
