Detroit Lions: Five First Round Draft Options

Three weeks ago, the Detroit Lions appeared destined for one of the first three picks in the 2016 NFL Draft. Now, three wins later, the Lions hold the 12th overall pick.
Of the cluster of seven teams with 4-7 records, Detroit has the highest strength of schedule.

Obviously the player pool is different at 12 than in the top 5. Gone are the visions of Joey Bosa, Laremy Tunsil or Jalen Ramsey. That doesn’t mean that the new General Manager won’t have some very appealing choices in the middle of the first round.
