Detroit Lions: Top NFL Draft Pick Options

After nine weeks of NFL play, the Detroit Lions hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. That’s what a 1-7 record and fired management regime gets you these days.
There is still quite a bit of volatility in the draft standings with half a season left to play. Six teams end Week 9 with two measly wins. In fact, had the Lions beaten Kansas City in London, they would currently hold the 8th overall pick sandwiched between Dallas and Chicago. It’s not inconceivable for the Lions to finish 4-12 and pick somewhere in the 5-8 overall range.
But for now, Detroit is numero uno on the list of bad NFL teams. Here are the only four players they should consider if they hold onto the top pick. Which one will Roger Goodell welcome to the NFL in the next draft?
