Jim Caldwell
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
This one is a lot more simplistic than the others. The Lions are handcuffed to Jim Caldwell, but they know where the key is. The Lions are more than likely going to make sweeping changes to their front office and coaching staff. Caldwell will obviously be a part of that change.

The issue for 2015 is if the Lions do decide to give Caldwell his walking papers midway through the season, they find themselves with no discernible option to take over a head coach for the remaining eight games of the season. At this point we all know what the Lions are and what they are going to be, the team might as well sit on their hands for nine more weeks and stick with Caldwell.
