After the loss of Ndamukong Suh early in the offseason, the Detroit Lions were in need of somebody that could come in and have a similar impact. Then on day one of free agency the Lions made an unexpected splash.
This was a major coup for the Lions as they scooped up a five time Pro Bowl defensive tackle for what now seems like peanuts. The Lions also got Ngata for $105,875,000 less than Suh. But should Lions fans expect to see Haloti Ngata stick around after this season?
