NFC South Prediction: New Orleans Saints – Division Champs
Want to talk about parity?
Lets talk about the NFC South.
This is a division that put a team into the post season with a 7-8-1 record just one year ago, and in my opinion, no one will exactly “run away” with it again this season — making this prediction all that much tougher.

I’m taking the New Orleans Saints to win the division title for a few reasons.
- Sean Payton
- Drew Brees
- A change in philosophy
It’s hard not to think that the Saints won’t focus on running the ball in 2015. Not only did they re-sign former Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram in the offseason, but they also brought in free agent C.J. Spiller as their change-of-pace back.

Furthermore, they beefed up their offensive line, in particularly adding big booty Andrus Peat in the first-round of the NFL Draft. Peat has some developmental work to do, but is still a huge 6-foot-7 addition to open up holes for the Saints tailbacks.
As I mentioned before, this division will be close. I think Ron Rivera and Cam Newton’s two-year playoff run will come to an end. I also love Matt Ryan and the additions that the Atlanta Falcons made during the offseason, but I think it could take a season for things to mesh under new head coach Dan Quinn.
