Eric Ebron Deals With Dropped Passes

Sophomore tight end Eric Ebron will likely slide right back under the microscope following several dropped passes during Wednesday’s practice session. The former North Carolina Tar Heel has been receiving heavy scrutiny following what many consider a disappointing rookie season in which he put up just 25 catches for 248 yards and one touchdown.

The Lions are hopeful that Ebron will be able to step up in year two of his NFL career, possibly filling the void projected for him early on last year — the No. 3 wideout in the Lions passing attack.

Now, I encourage you no to make too much of these drops today, as it was just day two of OTA’s, and everyone is certainly a little rusty. It is however a situation worth keeping an eye on.
