9. Charles Tillman, CB

For the last two off-seasons, there has been questions about whether Tillman would sign in Detroit. Considering the status of Mathis and the Lions’ possible need for another veteran to continue in his mold, this could be the closest the former Bears’ corner gets to signing in the Motor City. Toughness comes in spades with Tillman, and the step back from he to Mathlis would likely be small in this aspect. He would likely come cheaper, too. If the Lions can’t find a younger option, it would certainly work for a year or two.
