The Lions need depth along the line, and should names like Shelton, Bennett, Brown and company manage to rise up above where Detroit picks at 23, the next best choice could be Davis, a native Detroiter. At Iowa, he showed flashes of quickness in stopping both the run and the pass, but questions remain about his work ethic play to play. Davis will need a quality combine across the board to quell these concerns, but is a fascinating prospect for the Lions to watch.

Drills to watch: All.
