A mock draft favorite of many for Detroit early on, Brown is generally classified as the second best defensive tackle in the draft only surpassed by Shelton. He had an explosive season for Texas, and can solidify a first round grade with a good week. There are worries about the consistency of Brown’s speed and motor. Regardless, Detroit will certainly be watching  this athlete closely, as he figures to be one of the better tackles available.

Drills to watch: 3 cone drill, shuttle run, 40 yard dash.
