4. Gabe Wright, DT, Auburn.

The last defensive tackle from Auburn the Lions selected was Nick Fairley. Might they be able to nab a possible Fairley replacement in Wright? Certainly, Wright will not come as highly rated as Danny Shelton or some of the other competition at the position, but he’s been no less productive considering his speed and agility up field led to 8.5 tackles for loss in 2013.

Many will see him as undersized at 6’3″ and a shade under 300 pounds, but he is the type of shifty disruptor that the Lions could covet to both stop the run and at times pressure the pocket from the middle of the line.
