SLR’s Week 9 NFL Power Rankings: 16-20

5-3. Last Week: 21. Buffalo Bills. 20. player. 16. Benching EJ Manuel in favor of Kyle Orton looked like a desperation move by head coach Doug Marrone but it sure looks like the right decision now. At 5-3, the Bills enter the second half of their schedule looking to contend for a playoff berth.
