Dec 15, 2013; Arlington, TX, USA; Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields (37) intercepts the ball in the fourth quarter against Dallas Cowboys receiver Miles Austin (19) at AT

Current Record: 7-7

Current NFL Playoffs Position: Out

If they win out:

With the Eagles slipping against the lowly Vikings, the Cowboys are back in control, and have an easy game against Washington next week. Ultimately, the NFC East is likely to come down to Week 17, in which the Eagles come to Dallas. Whoever wins that game, most likely, wins the division. That said, if might not even get that far. A Cowboys win and Eagles loss in Week 16 would lock up the division for Dallas on tiebreakers.

If they lose out:

If the Cowboys lose next week, they can still lock up the division with a Week 17 win over the Eagles. However, if they lose both, the door is wide open for the Eagles.

Teams they’re rooting against:

Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Green Bay
