Detroit Lions Midseason Grades: Offensive Tackle Report Card

One of the main storylines during the Lions’ offseason this year was the fact that they were going to start two new offensive tackles after years of stability with Jeff Backus and Gosder Cherilus on the wings.
At the time, Riley Reiff was a foregone conclusion at left tackle, and the right tackle spot was a toss-up between Jason Fox and Corey Hilliard.
Those three appeared to be the only offensive tackles relevant enough to discuss, but nobody expected LaAdrian Waddle to crash the party the way he has. So how does this unit, which was a major source of concern, grade out after eight games?
