Ah, cornerbacks. Easily the most criticized unit of the Lions defense, and it has been that way for years.

But is all that criticism justified? Historically it has, but what about this season?

The Lions’ pass defense has been all over the map this season, due largely to the immense amount of youth at the position.  While the pass rush contributes greatly to that as well, that’s a set of grades for another day. In fact, you can see exactly which day below.

In the meantime, prepare to enjoy and argue with SLR’s cornerback grades at the halfway mark. I’m serious about the arguing part. We have a comments box for that.

Tuesday, October 29 - Guards/Centers & Linebackers

Wednesday, October 30 - Offensive Tackles & Cornerbacks

Thursday, October 31 - Tight Ends & Safeties

Friday, November 1 - Running Backs & Defensive Tackles

Saturday, November 2 - Special Teams

Sunday, November 3 - Coaches

Monday, November 4 - Wide Receivers & Defensive Ends

Tuesday, November 5 - Quarterbacks & Overall Grades
