3. Joshua Dobbs, Minnesota Vikings

On one hand, Joshua Dobbs has been a revelation for the Minnesota Vikings. What guy could come into his fifth team in two years, glance over the playbook and be ready to lead his team to victory off the bench just a couple of days later? Oh yeah, that's Dobbs.

No matter what is said about him, you cannot say that this guy doesn't have a winner's mentality. He's got the guts to show for it. Dobbs is the reason why Minnesota has a fighting chance the rest of this season and Vikings fans aren't looking ahead to 2024 just yet. He's played good football, overall.

Now, his one area for improvement continues to be turning the football over. Sunday night against the Denver Broncos, Dobbs threw a pick and fumbled three times, two of which were recovered by Minnesota.

If Dobbs can take better care of the football and Minnesota continues its trajectory (despite a recent loss) then he could find himself even higher on these rankings in the coming weeks.
